These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Go Cab Services website and the taxi and cab booking services we provide across Jharkhand, India. By booking a ride or using https://www.gocab.co, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services

Go Cab Services provides local rides, airport transfers, and outstation trips with professional drivers and clean, well-maintained vehicles. Bookings can be made by phone or WhatsApp at +91 91027 49920. We aim to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, though availability may depend on demand, location, and vehicle availability.

Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once our team acknowledges it by call or message. We will do our best to arrive on time, but arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, and road conditions. Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off details to avoid delays.

Fares and Payment

Fares are quoted before or at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, trip type, waiting time, and tolls. For airport transfers, tolls are excluded unless stated otherwise, and negotiation may be possible for certain routes. We accept cash, UPI, and card payments. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or changes to the agreed route.

Cancellations

You may cancel a booking by contacting us as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings. Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles. Any damage caused to a vehicle beyond normal use may be chargeable. Go Cab Services is not responsible for personal belongings left in a vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to help recover them.

Limitation of Liability

While we take safety seriously, Go Cab Services is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or events outside our operations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Indian law.
